In 2009 Julie took on the responsibility for the design & development of Fort Carson’s web sites & touch screen kiosks. This evolved into the role of Lead Designer for the virtual presence of the Army pilot program, The Warrior Family Community Partnership (WFCP) www.wfcp.carson.army.mil.


  • Developed, designed & maintained multiple web solutions & other collateral for NIPERNET, Internet, Intranet, Extranet and print collateral.
